Bookings Policy

We have recently changed over booking systems, therefore those who have paid a £10 per person deposit will still find their deposit is redeemable against the bill. However, if you should fail to turn up for your booking or are running later than 15 minutes without letting us know (and we can’t still seat you), your deposit will be retained.

As of the 2oth May our deposit policy has changed, please see the details below:

Groups of 1-4 people:

To confirm a booking card details will need to be authenticated, should you ‘No Show’ or cancel on the day a £10 per person fee will be taken to cover losses.

If you are running late please give us a call on 0121 551 5942 to let us know. On a busy night if you are running more than 15 minutes late and haven’t contacted us, we reserve the right to offer the table to other customers as you will be assumed a ‘No Show’ and a £10 fee will be deducted. If you show up late without giving us notice, we will still try and seat your party however it will depend on whether we have the availability and we cannot guarantee we will be able to. If you cancel on the same day as your booking, this too will incur a £10 per person fee.

Please note we require all table bookings of 4 and below to have completed card authorisation a minimum of 48 hours ahead of their booking. All bookings that have not been card authorised by that time will be cancelled by us on the morning of the booking date as it will be assumed you do not wish to confirm the booking.

Should you need to move the booking, let us know and we will happily reschedule the booking any time up to 48 hours ahead of your booking date up to two times only, after the second date change the booking is final.

If the size of your party changes, please let us know a minimum of 48 hours ahead of the booking so we can advise whether we can accommodate the additional people. If numbers drop, please also let us know so we can open up other bookings. If additional people turn up unexpectedly on the day, we will do our best to accommodate them but may not have seats/table space for them if we are fully booked.

Groups of 5+:

To confirm a large party booking we ask a £10 per person deposit is paid to secure the booking, this deposit is then redeemable against the bill on the night.

Once booked, we will allow you to move the date up to two times until 14 days ahead of the booking date, thereafter the booking is final. If you cancel within this time there will be a £10 per person fee. Bookings made for November & December are final and cannot be moved.

All bookings:

Each table is booked for two hours unless otherwise notified. If you would like a longer table duration, please email us via [email protected] and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate you.

If you would like to pre-order drinks for the table, please contact us a minimum of 48hours ahead of the booking so we can organise pre-payment and your welcome beverages.

Please treat the bar, our staff and our guests with respect. Rude, rowdy or drunken behaviour will not be tolerated, we reserve the right to revoke a booking, refuse service and/or ask you to leave the bar at our discretion in any instances of antisocial behaviour.
