Indian Single Malt Whisky

Burgundy in colour, the nose opens up to orange marmalade and stewed plums, before notes of fresh stone fruit and espresso explode onto the palate. A lasting finish leaves hints of peppercorns and festive spices.

Pale straw with a hint of maroon to the eye, the nose opens up with stewed red currants and fresh cream before a big hit with liquorice and chocolate chips. A finish of white pepper spice.

Irish Single Malt Whisky

Pale straw in colour, with melted butter and orange zest on the nose, leading into vibrant barley with an earthy undertone on the palate. A short finish with dried citrus peels and cedar wood.

4. Glen Moray Rhum Agricole Cask Finish Project

Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Light mahogany to the eye with notes of white pepper and candied lemon on the nose. Honeyed cherries and fresh banana on the palate, transitioning into a lengthy finish filled with walnuts coated in brown sugar.

5. Tomatin 14 Year Old Port Pipe Finish

An appealing leather hue and then a powerful nose filled with bunches of redberries and oak spice. The palate develops the flavour further with chocolate coated strawberries before a short finish filled with raspberry jam sweetness.

Copper in colour with jammy berries and maple syrup buried behind intense peat smoke on the nose, leading into candied walnuts and black pepper spice. A long finish is accompanied with dry peat smoke and cacao.
