2. Port Askaig 100 Proof

A very pale hay tinge to the usual amber colour, before fragrant smoked meats opens up the nose leading into zesty citrus fruits and ground cardamon. A lengthy finish is accompanied by notes of smoked cheese.

3. Caol Ila 18 Year Old

Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Straw in colour, the nose brings notes of ember-smoke followed by a big hit of oily currants and cantaloupe melon before a shorter finish with hints of sawdust and sandalwood.

4. Bowmore 15 Year Old

Single Malt Scotch Whisky

A rich dark maroon to the eye with hints of Christmas spice and sherry appearing on the nose, followed by syrupy toffee and pine. A short finish with black pepper spice lingering on the tongue.

5. Kilchoman Machir Bay Cask Strength

Single Malt Scotch Whisky

A white wine like hue fills the glass with hints of fresh pear and earthy peat. Zingy citrus forms on the palate, with salty lemon and fresh pink grapefruit building before a lingering finish with black pepper spice and sultanas.

6. Laphroaig Cask Strength Batch 012
